Sure enough, it was a sinus infection. Ugh. I was in so much pain I literally cried much of Thursday morning.

Hope you go to the doctor to get checked out if you're not feeling better!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01506473191113043504noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2753579490537909929.post-7916415003386801212007-09-17T17:27:00.000-07:002007-09-17T17:27:00.000-07:00ITA with Chad! If you are sick, you ...You do what you need to do. If you are sick, you need to get well. Being healthy is priority. You might need to replan your training depending on how much you miss. I usually just skip that particular workout (or workouts) and move on with what's next. Don't double up - that is a recipe for disaster.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03231464198799653331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2753579490537909929.post-84189148310693994912007-09-17T16:14:00.000-07:002007-09-17T16:14:00.000-07:00Listen to what Chad said - cut your losses and res...Listen to what Chad said - cut your losses and restart your training schedule when you're feeling better. If you get worse, it will be difficult to run from a hospital bed:)Adamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07797856796060384198noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2753579490537909929.post-49513120245778279592007-09-17T13:24:00.000-07:002007-09-17T13:24:00.000-07:00First of all, get well. If you try and "make it up," you will only injure yourself. It is always, ALWAYS better to go into a race undertrained than overtrained. So lay back, relax and get to feeling better. When you are, go out for a nice run.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02378547566593756176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2753579490537909929.post-11101443124394006422007-09-17T12:46:00.000-07:002007-09-17T12:46:00.000-07:00You just have to focus on getting well.
