I took a nice sunrise run this morning and actually brought my camera with me. It was a good 3.1 mile run. I felt good. I cannot wait to try the run/walk and the other things that I learned tonight.
I went to see Jeff Galloway at a local running store tonight. It was great. I feel very encouraged and I will definitely read the book and try out his methodology.
Jeff was kind enough to sign my book - and he gave me a big pep talk too!Dang! I have some fabulous pictures of my day! I will have to wait til tomorrow. Stupid Blogger - Doh!

That's right, stupid blogger. Sometimes I have trouble with loading pics too.
Glad the Galloway event was fun -- it's awesome that he was so encouraging!
I've fully digested that book. It is worthwhile. I hope you enjoy it too!
