question

Jeff Galloway is doing a free running clinic on Friday night at my favorite running store (Runners Roost, Lakewood). Thanks to you lovely RBFs, I know something of Jeff Galloway, and I am going to attend!

What do you do at a free running clinic?

Do you run? Or do you just listen? Do you wear your running gear, or a dress and high heels?

Thank you in advance for your knowledge and the willingness to share it with me!

We ran at the clinic we did here. But it was listed as a "fun run" and then clinic. I would go in running gear to be safe. Let me find the link from my clinic...brb.

The running store should inform you of what the clinic consists of -- did they have some kind of flyer or website?

I learned of the clinic on the Colfax Marathon website. I called the running store this afternoon... it is a running workshop, but no running will be taking place. So I can wear a dress and heels!

Just kidding about the dress and heels - it being Friday and all, I will likely have jeans and danskos on.

I was going to say look to Lisa for her experience...my running friends have told me they ran with him, not sure how many were in their clinic and it was several years ago...go with the idea of running...listen well...and ask alot of questions...he's an awesome trainer from all I hear...

I would definitely still wear running stuff. Ya just never know. Jeff may want to bust out a mile or two...
