Got this video from my friend...

My friend Holly who came out to see me at the half-marathon posted this little video on youtube.

I think it is cute. She was along the road at about 9 and a quarter miles. She probably saved my race. I was dying, and then I saw her and stopped to talk for a minute and then I got more energy. I had no idea she was making little videos of the visit!

Tomorrow I am riding my bike to work. I am so looking forward to it. I brought my clothes and undies and shoes and stuff today. It is all hanging in my office waiting for me to get there tomorrow. Love riding the bike!

That's really cool that your friend was there to give you that added umph to get through your half. I wouldn't worry too much about your tail bone. Even if you broke it, you can't put it in a cast, so it will just have to heal up by itself :-) Good for you for riding your bike to work. That is soooo cool! But the listing of clothes is TMI!!!!! :-)

Love it! You seem so energetic, it must have been good to stop to talk to someone for a bit.

Yay for biking to work! I did it today and it rocked. I think I'll do the same tomorrow. For me it is 12.5 miles round trip...manageable...but the ride in includes a 1 mile climb near the end that is killer.

It's great that you can bike to work, at least on occasion, for me it would be a 28 mile trek one way.

The short vid was cute...it's great to spot friends along the route that can give you that kind of energy boost at just the right time...they probably don't realize the good that they provide....

I'm working on trying to get that link to Photobucket working...I've got the Colorado pics all out there finally.

You look so cool! No one would ever guess you were dying at that point. Yeah for Holly for spurring you on.

You are on YouTube, that's pretty cool. For 9.25 miles in to the run and coming to the realization that running 13.1 miles is hard you seemed in good spirits, that's great your friend was there to spur you on.

How neat!!! I don't think I would have been that chipper that far along in an HM. ;-)

Great job on riding the bike!
